Policy effective: October 1, 2023
Class tuition fees pay for a student's space in the class, not for classes attended. Notification of withdrawal from class and requests for refund of tuition MUST BE FILED VIA EMAIL to the Studio administrator at admissions@actingstudio.com. Refunds are computed according to the date the email is received by the Studio's administrator, irrelevant of the class start date. In cases where only a partial class tuition payment was made, the Studio's proper share of the tuition is calculated on the full amount of the class tuition or monthly installment due. A minimum, non-refundable $75. class registration processing fee will be retained in all cases.* In cases where any bank charges are incurred by the studio, those charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds for most studio classes are calculated according to the following schedule:

Any early withdrawal/refund money retained by the studio will be kept as a credit on the student's account for a period of one year and may be applied to other studio classes for which they qualify. Credits are non-transferable to another person.
SIX-WEEK ACTING CONSERVATORY (only) REFUND POLICY:
Foreign Students: In cases where the Studio was asked to provide a letter and/or support information to help a foreign student in gaining a Visa renewal or change in their Visa status, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. Any monies paid in such cases will be kept on account for a period of one year as a credit** for the student's future use.
**Account credit is not transferable to another person. Credits are good for a six-month period after which they will expire.
